Absolutely! I know it can be hard to trust what you see on the internet these days, but we have been in business now for over 11 years in Wilmington, Ohio and, in addition, we have had our online store for over 7 years now!

Yes! All our items on our website can be seen at our brick-and-mortar store Hers and His Thrift in Wilmington Ohio. Make sure to note the stock# listed at the end of each description of the items that you are interested in viewing. All the items on the website are kept in a separate inventory from the thrift store inventory but can be shown to you in our store for a closer inspection.

If you are local to our area or happen to be traveling through our area and find an item that you would like to purchase, you can purchase the item online through our website.
- Go to Checkout
- On Delivery Method check PICK UP with a store icon
- Our store address will appear, and shipping is not charged.
- Your contact info will be sent to me, and I will either call you or email you to schedule a pick-up time. You can always call or email me to arrange a pick-up time as well.
How do I shop on your website?
Here are step by step instructions on navigating our Collections.
1. At the top of our Home Page, you will see all the different types of items that we offer and broken down into Collections.

2. Click on the Collection that you would like to shop and see all of the different items that we offer in that category. Or you can click on SHOP NOW within the picture of the couple holding hands at the top of our home page. This will bring up the entire list of all our Collections.
If you are wondering if this item is still available, it will state the purchase price under the picture. If we no longer have the item, it will read SOLD OUT.
3. When interested in an item and want to know more information, click on either the picture, or the title of the item, to bring up more information. Here you will find price, how many available, multiple pictures of the item, the description tab, payments accepted tab, return policy information and shipping information tab.
4. In order to figure out the shipping cost to your exact address, you have to add the item to your cart. It will then pull up the next page and show you the different options available and the cost to you for each shipping option. If the item is over $80 or your total cart is over $80, shipping will be FREE if you live in the United States. You can then click the continue shopping button, check out button, or change the quantity amount to zero and click the update button.

How do I place an order?
When you have decided that you would like to purchase an item that you are looking at, click on ADD TO CART button. Your shopping cart page will open and show you the different shipping options available to your location. If your item or your total cart is over $80 and you live within the United States, Free Shipping will be applied to your order.
After selecting your shipping option, click on the CHECK OUT button. It will bring up the account page for you to enter your information, shipping address and payment method. You can also click on the button to sign up for news and special offers from our website.
Once you have completed checking out, you will be sent an email confirming your purchase and also another email letting you know that your item has been sent with a tracking number. If you don't see an email from us after checking out, make sure to check your spam folder and add our address to your contact list to ensure you receive all information emailed to you about your order.
Can I call and place an order over the phone?
Currently at this time, we are unable to take orders over the phone. We look forward to being able to do so in the near future. Thanks!
How do I receive FREE shipping?
You will qualify for FREE shipping if your item is being shipped to a United States address and your single purchase or combined shopping cart totals $80 or more. All international shipping will be charged for shipping on all orders.
There is no code needed if you qualify for free shipping. Shipping charges will automatically be zeroed when checking out.
If you qualify for free shipping and you choose another shipping method other than standard shipping, you will be charged for shipping. Free shipping is standard shipping based on weight and size. If the item weighs less than pound, it will go first class USPS but if the item weighs more than the first-class rate it will be shipped USPS priority mail.
Insurance is automatically included in the price of shipping for items up to $200.
What are the shipping options?
We are currently only using the United States Postal Service (USPS) for our shipments.
After you add an item to your cart, you will be shown all the different shipping options available with the price of what the item will cost being shipped to your location.
All order up to $200 will receive free insurance included in the shipping charges.
On orders totaling $80 and more and being shipped within the United States, you will qualify for FREE shipping.

Do you offer military discounts?
First off, Thank you for your service! Freedom isn't free and we value each and every one of you who have dedicated your life for our freedom!
At this point, we are not offering any military discounts at this time, as we are a small business and trying to compete in a very large market.
